Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American actor and singer from the United States. She has received best-recognition for her performances in Nashville The 2012 drama in which she played Layla Grant. She also received the award for Sharknado 2013 where she played Claudia Shepard. She also played the main role Jerrica Jem Betnton on the movie Jem and the Holograms (2005). Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. She has a younger sister Ally. Aubrey was a performer at The Orlando Repertory Theatre in her young age for about 10 years. Her graduation from Lake Mary Preparatory School was the class's valedictory speech in 2012. Harvard University was willing to accept her. But, she declined the opportunity twice. The second time it was due to her desire to play in Nashville. Peeples played in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally and Ally Alley (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) & NecessaryRoughness (1991) as guest star. Peeples was a TV star on Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective 2009 as well as The Good Mother. She was a part of the cast for an important recurring role on a second season of the drama show Nashville with the character Layla Grant. Peeples opened up about bipolar in a 2019 interview in NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples among the best actors under twenty years old old in September 2014.
